与微软合作成立 AI Skills Centre of Excellence
杜伦大学宣布与 Microsoft（微软）建立战略合作，成立 AI Skills Centre of Excellence（人工智能技能卓越中心），预计 2026 年 10 月 正式开放。
学生将在该中心学习：
- Microsoft Copilot
- OpenAI 相关技术
- 最新 AI 应用技能
学校还将提供：
- NVIDIA GPU 计算集群
- AI 实验设备
- 与领先科技企业的合作项目
新增本科专业：BSc Artificial Intelligence (Hons)
杜伦大学将于 2027 年 开始招收 BSc Artificial Intelligence (Hons) 本科生。学生可选择以下路径：
- Placement Year（企业实习一年）
- Year Abroad（海外交换一年）
